Where Poems Fly, Through Starry Skies.

Plagued

Dreadful darkness plagues one’s soul
Filling them with awful woe.
Broken promises, shattered dreams
The world rips and shreds, then demeans.
Child’s cries ring in the night
Shattered hearts, a dreadful sight.
End the suffering end the pain
No more should we play this game.
Cruelty runs rampant, discord is high.
The darkness rules the twilight sky
Makes one believe the world should die,
Swept away with the tides.
Set it ablaze
Make them all pay.
This world burns, a destructive rage
At the cruelty, child in a cage.
They should be cherished
They should know love
Not the abuse that makes them cry to stars above.
Break the fetters
Undo the bonds
Show them we are not the same.
That with us there is no pain.
Show them… a parents love is not a game.

About Me

A Simple man who dreams of being an Author one day. A lover of poems and stories of all types. A dreamer and a tale weaver in my spare time. What little I have as a father of three. Come sit by the fire, and let me spin my tales, let me speak my rhymes, and show you, a quite good time.
