Where Poems Fly, Through Starry Skies.

Riding Soul

On pale horse my soul now rides

From my body spirit flies

Headed towards lands in which dreams reside

What is there, what will I spy?

Fields of green flaked with gold

In a land ancient and old.

On we ride feeling bold

Towards the end the goal unknown.

Through crumbling arch faded and cracked

The world now twists turning bleak and black.

No escape no way to turn back

Onward we ride, courage we do not lack.

Horse now brown, rears high

Body flying hoofs in the sky

Beast in shadows prowls forward now

Screams at me, a shrieking death howl.

Fangs bite deep my thoughts now flee

Towards my body soul now speeds

Beaten broken, I’ve saw death entirely.

About Me

A Simple man who dreams of being an Author one day. A lover of poems and stories of all types. A dreamer and a tale weaver in my spare time. What little I have as a father of three. Come sit by the fire, and let me spin my tales, let me speak my rhymes, and show you, a quite good time.
