What it’s Worth

Agony loves company
Misery does too.
Anymore I see them always, and then I think of you.
The happy thoughts have gone away
No more do they ensnare,
No more do I care.
No more do they hold sway.
They are gone, and away they stay.
Smiles? I’ve lost them
Sold them for a pittance.
Do I need them? Not really.
For what where they really worth?
Nothing much, barely more than dirt

About Me

A Simple man who dreams of being an Author one day. A lover of poems and stories of all types. A dreamer and a tale weaver in my spare time. What little I have as a father of three. Come sit by the fire, and let me spin my tales, let me speak my rhymes, and show you, a quite good time.
