Where Poems Fly, Through Starry Skies.

Woodland Strength

Feel the strength within the earth

Feel the mighty power within.

Watch as it rises towards the air

The Woodland giants for the win.

The mighty Oaks who tower high

The epitome of boundless strength.

Holding their own against any gale

They seldom fall, seldom fail.

They do not bend They do not bow

Standing firm,  tall and proud.

Then there’s the Beech, tall and wide

Their towering height above the Oak

Their mighty crowns the sunlight chokes

Hang the others with green leafy ropes

A Willow tree do I now see

Bending swaying with the Breeze

Whichever way it goes if you please

It takes its time, a life of ease.

All these trees and many more

Within the wild places they adore.

They battle for space they battle for life

They seek ever the golden sunlight.

They coexist to a degree

For survival is all they seek.

Some seem strong. Others weak

Yet they are all alive

Living at their peak

About Me

A Simple man who dreams of being an Author one day. A lover of poems and stories of all types. A dreamer and a tale weaver in my spare time. What little I have as a father of three. Come sit by the fire, and let me spin my tales, let me speak my rhymes, and show you, a quite good time.
