Where Poems Fly, Through Starry Skies.

Kindness and Pain

Kindness causes pain. For may use it to their gain. Wield it in a cruel game. It’s ever been the same.

It’s a whip that cuts deep. The cuts are bloody, crimson they seep. A flood across the earth as it weaps, isn’t that so neat?

What can be done when flayed alive. When the kindness turns and takes your hide? Will you turn the other cheek so bold, or perhaps grow cold

The world seeks to break the kind. To teach them another way of mind. To place in cage and tightly bind. Where compassion shall we never find.

Can you refuse? Would you dare to battle? You might lose. But if you don’t. You already did.
