Deep in the forest beneath the trees
Far from where man has yet to plumb
Sits a man since time begun.
In a ring of stones, and his Grove
He sits and watches and he knows.
He sees the wheel as it turns and travels
He watches the stars and their secrets unravels.
He watches man from afar
And learns of them, their path he bars.
He sees the spirits in their realms
Flowing forth like an endless tide
As the seasons change he does abide.
Wisdom he holds, learned through the ages
Share it he will if you’re courageous.
For the Green man’s path is not for the weak.
The Earth Mothers wisdom does he keep.
